Artist statement:
All of my jewelry is one of a kind. I cannot repeat design exactly. Although I might use the same motiv, the design will differ. A lot of energy, ideas and love are invested into each piece I create.
I made INFO page about materials and jewelry care for you.
I am as detailed as possible with my jewelry descriptions; still measurements are approximate. My goal is to depict my items accurately with quality photos. However, colors and sizes may vary due to differences in computer monitors.

Shopping:
To purchase from Katherine Art Jewelry website you will have to contact me by e mail about jewelry you're interested in and I will send you a bank instruction to pay for your order.
Shipping cost should be added to jewelry price which is flat rate (11 dollars or 8.5 euros) for all destinations. All of this will be written in email sent to you prior to payment.
I'm trying really hard to offer you a quicker and easier way of shopping. I promise it will be available soon. Thank you for understanding.
All of your orders for the present time you can process by emailing me.
Once your order has been confirmed and payed , it will be shipped within 2 business days.

Shipping:
In order to extend you the best customer service, I ship all of my jewelry in sturdy packaging (spongy bottom and covered with piece of material) so that your order will arrive undamaged. Your will be shipped via priority mail and will be insured, unless shipment to your local destination does not offer priority shipping. Then it will be shipped parcel post with insurance. I advise you to not accept any package that has been damaged. If your order has been damaged, I will pursue a claim with the deliverer.
If you want your order to be shipped express mail, please contact me via e-mail.
The shipping will be charged additionally and prior to shipping.

Return policy:
My return policy is in good faith to protect both our customers and me as the artist of KatherineArtJewelry, and is as follows:
-Please review your order before you remove any tags or throw away any original packaging and contents.
-If you receive a damaged product, please notify us via e-mail. All damaged items must be reported within 24 hours. In this case you should pack the damaged item back in its original packaging including undamaged tags and send it back to me. At your request I will issue you a refund, repair the item, or exchange it for an item of equal value. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of damaged item.
-If you wish to return an item out of personal reasons, you may do so within 10 days of receipt of your item. The item must be returned in undamaged and unworn condition, to include original and undamaged tags, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of item. All returns will be inspected for damage, scratches and signs of wear. New and unused condition is described as - not worn or used; no signs of wear, scratches, marks, stains or odors (i.e. Perfume, mildew, etc.); no damage to tags, no damage to any items included in original packaging in which you received your item.
-I cannot, under any circumstance take returns on earrings due to hygiene and health guidelines.
-Your return shipment is your responsibility until I have received it. I cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items. I strongly recommend shipping your return with insurance or tracking ability.
